has been an artist her whole life. As a young girl she created her own clothes and painted her own bedroom furniture. During the 90’s when digital arts became a mandatory skill, she embraced the technology and opened her own Graphic & Web Design business in 1999, Heavy Designs. Over the years she has helped many start-up businesses with websites, cards and logos. She is proficient in Adobe and Microsoft programs. Blanchard can create everything from wallpaper for your desktop, to letterhead for your mail. She has created designs for Agricultural Research Services at USDA, American Physical Society and One Laptop Per Child among other companies. She was brought on to American Physical Society to create a set for “Comic-Con” (world’s largest Comic-Book convention). Her “set” creation was displayed in a 100 sq. ft. area in 2008. During her 12 years in the Graphic and Web Design industry she received a Certificate of Appreciation from the USDA for her Your Two Cents Project efforts. She has demonstrated that she is highly motivated and works well with other inspired people. Davina Blanchard comes highly recommended by former co-workers and clients. |
